Securitas Seguridad España has launched Securitas Negocios, a new connected security model designed to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) prevent risks, protect operations, and make real-time decisions.
With Securitas Negocios, the company brings to the SMB environment the value proposition it offers to large enterprises by delivering a comprehensive and innovative solution that combines advanced protection against intrusions and operational risks with advanced monitoring and control tools to improve continuity and efficiency for SMBs.
It has been developed to address the new needs of small and medium businesses, integrating connected devices, smart sensors, video with artificial intelligence, and continuous monitoring from the Securitas Operation Center (SOC) to offer comprehensive protection tailored to each SMB, with a monthly cost similar to that of a conventional alarm.
The solution includes advanced features to monitor in real time different critical aspects of business activity via the IoT, such as smoke and carbon monoxide detection; monitoring of air quality and environmental variables; flood sensors; temperature control for products or sensitive zones; alerts for power outages or technical incidents or detection of incidents through intelligent video analytics. All of this with immediate response to events and remote control from your mobile device.

Much more than an alarm
Securitas Negocios focuses on the evolution of business alarms, turning them into advanced solutions to detect other critical risks to business activity, such as the existence of smoke, issues in air quality, floods, cold-chain monitoring, or electrical incidents, helping to protect operations and facilitate decision-making.
Among the technologies integrated into the new service, and that play a fundamental role in its performance, stands out video analytics with Artificial Intelligence, a system capable of interpreting images in real time, which allows, among other things, to detect anomalous behaviors, monitor occupancy and create heat maps, identify accesses to restricted areas or proactively prevent incidents. This capacity for intelligent analysis, together with a dashboard to practically analyze the data received, enables companies to optimize risk management, improve operational efficiency and make faster and better-founded decisions, turning security into a strategic tool for the business.
Additionally, Securitas Negocios includes a mobile app that allows SMBs to remotely manage all their locations from a single digital environment where they can check status in real time, receive alerts, view cameras, activate or deactivate systems, and monitor different sites or points of sale from anywhere and at any time.
