The Monday flexible-office network has become, in just eight years, an international benchmark in this real estate segment. Today, the company sits in the top five of the sector in Spain and Portugal.
This position will be strengthened with the addition of three new centers recently announced in Valencia and Madrid, currently under construction. They mark Monday’s entry into Valencia city and the opening of two new spaces in Madrid, further bolstering its presence in the capital, where it already operates three centers.
Together, these three additions will add 7,000 m² to the network, bringing the total to 18 centers and 45,000 m² of space managed in Spain and Portugal, cementing its position among the five leading companies in the sector. The company maintains its growth roadmap with the goal of ending the year with 20 centers, surpassing 50,000 m² of space and a network of 7,500 users.

Monday Lands in Valencia
For the last quarter of 2026, Monday plans to open its first flexible workspace in Valencia, specifically at 31 Pintor Sorolla Street, a 1,600 m² space with capacity for more than 200 professionals.
Separately, before the year ends, Madrid will welcome a new center located at 40 Ancora Street. The new space will span 2,200 m² and accommodate more than 350 professionals.
Additionally, with an opening planned for 2028, Monday will push a second, larger project in Madrid. The new center, located near Plaza de Castilla, will offer 3,200 m² of office space and will be designed to accommodate more than 500 professionals. After these openings, Monday will reach a total of five centers in the capital.
“Monday’s growth in Spain has kept a steady pace since our founding. We always have projects underway and we continue pushing new openings. A good example is the project we’re developing in Zaragoza, with inauguration planned for early 2027,” says Bassons. “This is a landmark project that will breathe new life into the historic Telefónica building.”
