WAIIS Acquires the SharetoGo Startup

August 25, 2026

Corporate mobility has become one of the major challenges for companies, affecting both the employee experience and the new sustainability and efficiency goals.

The gradual return to in-person work, the rising cost of commuting, and the need to improve the connection with work centers are prompting more and more organizations to rethink how their teams move. In this context, WAIIS has acquired SharetoGo, a startup specializing in mobility solutions for organizations, with the aim of strengthening its offering for the enterprise market and bringing in specialized talent.

As part of the deal, Mario Levy, founder and CEO of SharetoGo, joins Waiis to lead the growth of the corporate mobility division. After nearly four years at the helm of SharetoGo, he begins a new phase with the goal of continuing to drive solutions that help companies make their employees’ commutes more efficient and advance their sustainability goals.

«We’re not just acquiring a company; we’re bringing in knowledge, experience, and a shared vision for how mobility should evolve within organizations. The addition of Mario will allow us to accelerate a strategic line that will be key to Waiis’s growth in the coming years,» explains Paulo Gómez, CEO of Waiis.

Sustainable Mobility Law Obligations

The operation comes at a moment when commuting to work has become a strategic priority for companies. The recent Sustainable Mobility Law obliges workplaces with more than 200 employees, or more than 100 per shift, to implement sustainable mobility plans before December 2026, incorporating measures such as public transportation, shared mobility, or reducing the use of private vehicles.

In recent years, SharetoGo has specialized in mobility solutions for businesses, helping organizations reduce emissions, optimize their employees’ commutes, and advance their sustainability commitments.

«After nearly four years building SharetoGo, I am starting this new phase with a lot of excitement. I still have the same mission as always: to drive smarter and more sustainable mobility within organizations, but now from a platform with great growth capacity. Companies no longer seek only to reduce emissions; they want commuting to work to be a better experience for their teams», says Mario Levy.
