TeamSystem raised its revenue last year by 12%, reaching €1.15 billion, thanks to the growing adoption of AI-based solutions and the consolidation of its expansion, both in Italy and internationally, where Spain holds a strategic position.
In 2025, annual recurring revenue (ARR) stood at 88%, up 4.3 percentage points from the previous year, which underscores the strength and stability of the customer base. In this context, profitability also rose notably, with EBITDA growing at a double-digit pace (+24%) year over year to €579 million.
This performance was backed by the ongoing strengthening of the customer base (+20% compared to 2024), which now includes more than 3.1 million businesses and professionals worldwide.
The year 2025 also accelerated the group’s internationalization strategy, reinforcing its role as a go-to partner in the digitalization of SMBs and professionals in Italy, Europe and the Mediterranean region. In fact, overseas revenue rose 35% and now accounts for 24% of total revenue.
A Bold Focus on Spain
TeamSystem has opened offices in five countries, which has reinforced its presence in key markets such as France, Turkey, Israel, and Spain, where revenues rose 24% and where the group sees room to grow further after completing 9 acquisitions in five years that demonstrate its commitment and confidence in our market ahead of the arrival of VeriFactu and the new digital time-tracking register, whose approval is still pending.
According to Federico Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem, “the 2025 financial results once again demonstrate the quality of the Group’s growth strategy and our ability to effectively respond to the digitalization needs of companies and professionals. We continue investing in innovation, a true engine of value and competitiveness that has always been a priority for us. Today, innovation takes the form of artificial intelligence. When put to work for professionals and SMEs, it plays a key role in driving sustainable economic growth.”
“The record growth achieved in 2025 is not only due to our leadership in the Italian market, but has also been driven by significant international expansion. Thanks to M&A operations that support the creation of solid and scalable technology ecosystems, the Group has established itself as a highly competitive player in Europe and in the Mediterranean region, offering increasingly integrated and innovative solutions. We trust in our future and in our growth strategy, which aims to further strengthen our role as a leading European technology and AI company,” he added.
TeamSystem has also strengthened its commitment to artificial intelligence, an area in which it has been investing in a structured manner since 2024. Backed by a broad team dedicated to developing native AI solutions, the Group rolled out eight new AI editions over the year. By the end of 2025, customer adoption of AI-based capabilities rose significantly, up 37% quarter over quarter, with an average of more than 200,000 daily interactions.
