Skello Closes $200 Million Funding Round

August 5, 2026

Skello has announced a €200 million financing round led by Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC). Aimed at boosting its presence in the European market and expanding its resources in artificial intelligence, this deal marks a turning point in the company’s growth.

Through this €200 million investment, Bridgepoint Development Capital joins Skello as a minority shareholder, alongside the founders, the management team, and investors Partech and XAnge, who are both returning to participate in this new round. Additionally, the management team increases its stake, demonstrating its commitment to this new phase of the company’s growth.

With this capital injection, Skello outlines three strategic pillars to drive its growth: solidify its leadership in the French market, deepen its international expansion across Europe, and strengthen the functionalities of its platform. To execute this plan, the company intends to scale up its workforce, intensify its investment in AI technology, and pursue strategic expansion actions.

Moreover, the company plans to hire 100 people in 2026 for the technology, product, and sales departments, spread across Paris, Lille, and Barcelona. These hires will go hand in hand with the development of the platform’s AI capabilities and Skello’s commercial acceleration in Europe. All of this is framed within a broader strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s innovation and execution capabilities.

Becoming the Leading Platform for Frontline Teams Across Europe

Founded in 2016 by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan, Skello offers a powerful technology platform that helps companies manage all the challenges related to their frontline teams: planning, administrative management, regulatory compliance, and performance.

Today, it serves 25,000 companies and 600,000 daily users in France, Spain, Benelux, and Italy. Operating from its offices in Paris, Lille, and Barcelona, Skello employs over 400 people and is set to surpass €50 million in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in 2026, after achieving profitability in 2025.

The company has established itself as one of Europe’s leading players in frontline team management, with an intuitive platform designed to simplify organization, oversight, and daily operations. In 2025, it launched Skello Assistant, the first AI agent dedicated to frontline teams, capable of transforming large volumes of data into HR analytics and automating the resulting actions to inform decisions and streamline daily work.

Today, Skello continues along this path with a new constraint-based automatic planning experience that accounts for day-to-day realities: projected invoicing, historical data, and on-site needs. At the same time, an AI integrated into the core of the product supports field managers in their repetitive and complex tasks: administrative management or detecting payroll anomalies, hiring, or scheduling, exactly when it’s needed. An advanced intelligence, always accessible.

Frontline teams account for almost 55% of workers in Europe, yet they are often the big ones overlooked in digital transformation. We built Skello to provide tools tailored to their daily reality. Today, 2 million people have a Skello account, and thanks to this investment we will have the means to accelerate our development in Europe, our AI investments, and our market consolidation strategy. Bridgepoint Development Capital brings exactly the expertise we needed for this next growth phase,” say Skello co-founders Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan.
