August 5, 2026

Customers Amazon Business Prime in Spain will be able to enjoy Amazon Quick, the AI assistant that is changing the way businesses work, with a 20% discount starting June 30. By making one of its standout AI tools more accessible, Amazon Business enables organizations of all sizes, including SMEs and sole proprietors, to tap into the full potential of artificial intelligence in managing their business.

According to the latest Amazon Business State of Business Purchasing report, 73% of senior executives say that better data and analytics will be essential to optimize operations over the next two years. Yet nearly half (47%) of procurement leaders say that managing efficiency and rising operational demands remains their biggest challenge. The AI assistant Quick is designed to close that gap, providing teams with immediate access to purchasing information and AI-powered automation, without adding complexity to their operations.

Our customers work with more systems, more suppliers, and more pressure than ever. But the buying organizations at the forefront of procurement don’t just buy more efficiently; they buy smarter. They use data to forecast demand, artificial intelligence to eliminate repetitive tasks, and analytics to account for spend that’s better structured. That’s the standard we’re moving toward, equipping Business Prime customers, regardless of their size, with the tools to focus less on processes and more on the decisions that grow their organization,” said Céline Vuillequez, Vice President of Amazon Business Europe.

Driving smarter enterprise purchasing through innovation

Quick is an AI assistant designed to optimize professional workflows. It helps users complete tasks across multiple roles beyond purchasing and procurement, from instantly identifying which emails require attention to quickly drafting a sales presentation. Rather than merely answering questions, Quick connects to everyday business apps, automates work, learns users’ priorities, and acts on their behalf.

Business Prime customers who want to test a pricing strategy can use Quick to conduct market and competitive analyses, gather relevant cost information, and detect or anticipate risks that may not have been considered in an initial review. Those seeking a second opinion on a supplier proposal will find that Quick compares terms with past deals and highlights negotiable points. Users can also generate reports based on their own local files, applying AI-powered analysis to the data they already have.

US customers who are already using Amazon Quick are benefiting from its capabilities. Keith Lillico, founder of Lillico Learning, a company specializing in corporate training solutions and a Business Prime customer, notes that “I’ve used AI quite a bit in my business, but never in a centralized way. Quick is starting to pull many of those scattered pieces into one place, and it’s giving me ideas I probably hadn’t thought of before. Quick frees me up to devote more time to projects that require closer attention or even to tackle new ones, as a large portion of administrative tasks are reduced.”

Key features:

  • Exclusive discounts: Business Prime customers who meet the requirements and have Basic, Small, Medium, or Unlimited plans get 20% off the Quick Plus plan, with support for up to 300 users, bringing enterprise-grade AI within reach for small and medium-sized companies and integrating it directly into the workflows organizations already use.
  • From information to action: Quick connects to hundreds of apps, including built-in connectors for popular tools like Slack and Microsoft Outlook. It can connect to your data sources to automate manual tasks, conduct thorough research in minutes, and generate final outputs such as spreadsheets, presentations, and content packages.
  • Learn and adapt: based on a knowledge graph that learns the team’s priorities, Quick works proactively in the background, detecting what’s being overlooked, showing what requires attention, and acting only with explicit user approval. The result: small teams and organizations can operate and compete at the same level as much larger organizations, with data always secure and under their control.
