Epson has unveiled the new WorkForce Enterprise AM-C10000, a color A3 inkjet multifunction printer with an inline print head designed for high-demand, high-volume office environments. This model expands Epson’s AM-C product family, incorporating the same user interface and access to solutions, ensuring a consistent experience across the range.
The new model is based on Epson’s heat-free inkjet technology with its own inline print head, which eliminates the need for heat in the printing process—delivering lower energy consumption, less waste generation, and fewer consumables compared with laser printers. The launch comes as organizations seek ways to reduce energy use and unplanned maintenance visits.
The device delivers print speeds of 100 pages per minute for both simplex and duplex printing, with scan speeds of up to 120 images per minute. The high-capacity paper trays and high-yield ink cartridges are designed to minimize user intervention while delivering a very competitive cost per page (CPP). Optional finishing and paper-management solutions, including stapling, hole punching, saddle-stitching, and a high-capacity A3 feeder, enable handling a wide range of jobs from a single device. Optional compatibility with SRA3 is also available, expanding media flexibility for the most demanding print requirements.
The AM-C10000 delivers a Typical Energy Consumption (TEC) under 0.30 kWh, reducing energy usage by up to 93% compared with laser printers in the same class. It also uses more than 30% recycled plastic in its production, contributing to the company’s sustainability goals as well as daily productivity.
“IT teams rarely receive recognition in a company when printing runs smoothly, but they become visible to the rest of the staff when devices fail or energy targets are missed,” says Yolanda Ortega, Head of Sales, Business Print & Scan for Epson Iberia. “We have developed the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C10000 to deliver a centralized A3 solution that maintains high performance while consuming far less energy than laser models in the same segment and requiring fewer interventions, so users can focus on their core activities.”

The AM-C10000 is compatible with a range of Epson and third-party print-management and workflow solutions to facilitate deployment, configuration, security, fleet monitoring, and remote services, helping IT departments and service providers manage larger fleets more efficiently. An optional dedicated RIP software solution will also be available, with a planned summer launch, further enhancing the capabilities of advanced print workflows.
