Accountex Spain, Legal Tech Expo, and HR Expo 2026, the national benchmarks in business innovation across the financial, legal, and people-management spaces, will be held simultaneously on the upcoming November 18–19 at the IFEMA Madrid Trade Fair Grounds.
In this arrangement, Accountex Spain, the leading trade show for professional firms, consultancies, and businesses, and HR Expo, dedicated to talent management and organizational culture, will once again turn Madrid into the gathering point for experts in digitalization, leadership, and corporate transformation. Joining both fairs is the inaugural edition of Legal Tech Expo, a new space devoted to driving innovation in the legal field and showcasing the technologies that are redefining the practice of law and legal services.
Over the course of two days, Accountex Spain, Legal Tech Expo, and HR Expo 2026 will offer a comprehensive view of the challenges and advances redefining the business landscape. Thousands of attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest trends, solutions, and technologies applied to finance, law, and human resources, with a particular focus on their practical impact on organizations and their adaptation to the current regulatory framework and the needs of the Spanish market. Additionally, the three fairs will feature a wide-ranging program of conferences, exhibition zones, and networking spaces designed to foster knowledge exchange and bring professionals closer to the innovations that are transforming business management, legal practice, and talent management.
New Highlights for This Fifth Edition
In its fifth edition, Accountex Spain will devote a substantial portion of its program to several topics currently shaping the agenda of professional firms, advisory practices, and financial departments. Artificial Intelligence will occupy a prominent place, with sessions dedicated to its impact on productivity and business management, as well as the regulatory and legal challenges posed by its adoption. The event will also address the progress of the digitization of the government and the changes stemming from the rollout of electronic invoicing, as well as the opportunities offered by process automation to improve operational efficiency and optimize the work of professionals in the sector.
Meanwhile, HR Expo will take a step forward in this third edition with the addition of its own pavilion, an expansion that reflects the fair’s growth and the ever-greater importance of people management in business strategy. The program will place special emphasis on the impact of AI in human resources, from recruitment processes to development and retention of talent. Significant emphasis will also be given to well-being and mental health challenges, along with new demands from professionals regarding flexibility, work-life balance, and the employee value proposition. In addition, the program will include an analysis of regulatory shifts shaping HR departments’ agendas, including the Pay Transparency Directive and the rollout of the digital timesheet registry.
Meanwhile, the inaugural edition of Legal Tech Expo will bring together thousands of legal sector professionals—from law firms, corporate legal departments, and in-house teams—aiming to bridge them with the technology solutions that are driving the sector’s transformation. In a context marked by widespread digitization and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into legal practice, the event will feature a wide range of content so attendees can learn firsthand about tools that are helping lawyers boost efficiency and meet the market’s new demands.
