Zyxel Networks has carried out the project to update Perfumerías Ana’s WiFi infrastructure to provide coverage and connection agility for all its staff and customers. Through the implementation carried out by its partner Go Sistemas, the solutions have contributed to greater protection, higher productivity, and future-ready connections.
Perfumerías Ana is a company founded in 1973 in Seville, devoted to beauty and hygiene products. It operates 12 stores in the Andalusian capital and nearby towns, along with a cash-and-carry warehouse and a growing ecommerce presence. Therefore, it needed to upgrade its entire WiFi infrastructure with more powerful equipment aimed at delivering faster connectivity, higher speeds, and enhanced security.
The retail firm has chosen Zyxel Networks to update its firewalls, access points, and switches and thus adapt to evolving development needs with total confidence. Previously, the company relied on solutions from another vendor that were replaced by Zyxel’s improvements across every category. All of this is managed through the Nebula cloud platform, which guarantees centralized, hassle-free control and administration of the solutions.
According to David Gómez Pérez, CIO of Perfumerías Ana, “New projects underway have led us to unify and update our entire WiFi infrastructure, as well as the perimeter security of our organization. This, together with Nebula’s cloud management capabilities, has allowed us to streamline the management of our entire firewall and WiFi AP infrastructure.”

The project involved deploying 15 Zyxel NWA90AXPRO Access Points, 12 Zyxel GS1200-5HPV2 switches, 2 Zyxel NebulaFlex USG FLEX 700H firewalls, 12 Zyxel NebulaFlex USG FLEX 100H firewalls, and a Nebula Base Pack license (Free). All of this followed a careful assessment of their needs, balancing technological innovation with business growth.
Now, the Seville-based perfumery firm has double the bandwidth, with speeds up to five times faster, and enjoys latency improvements of 50–60%. Downtime has been reduced to zero, and Perfumerías Ana has managed to double productivity, both in offices and in the warehouse, to respond to the evolution of the business.
