CenteIA Posts $6 Million in Revenue in Its First Year, Surpasses 500,000 Students

April 9, 2026

CenteIA (Center of Excellence in New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence) has established itself as one of the emerging projects in Spanish-language artificial intelligence education on the international stage. Since its creation in November 2024, the project led by the young Catalan engineers Armand Pujadó and Jordi Segura has trained more than 500,000 people through free live trainings and nearly 4,000 students in its advanced program CenteIA Pro, with students from 32 countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

The rapid growth of the project has translated into revenues surpassing €6 million in its first year, by the end of 2025, placing the company among the fastest-growing edtech initiatives in the Spanish-speaking AI space.

The company, born in Barcelona, emerged with the aim of democratizing access to artificial intelligence, bringing this technology closer to professionals in any sector, even those without prior technical knowledge. “Our goal is to democratize AI and make it easy for anyone to understand and apply it in their work or projects. AI is already part of our daily lives, and we want to help people unlock its full potential,” explain Pujadó and Segura.

A practical, career-oriented methodology

The growth of CenteIA is based on a methodology focused on practical AI applications in professional environments. Through its six-month intensive program, students learn to master various AI tools geared toward boosting productivity and developing new professional opportunities. During the program, students work on process automation, content and digital art generation, advanced prompt design, and the development of AI-powered assistants and chatbots. The program also covers aspects related to consulting and monetizing technology projects, as well as issues related to ethics and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Access to training typically begins with free live sessions aimed at thousands of participants, designed to bring the main AI tools to the general public. Subsequently, students can access the advanced CenteIA Pro program, which combines recorded content, live sessions, and hands-on projects focused on the real-world application of these technologies.

An international teaching team

CenteIA’s trainings are delivered by a team of renowned technology sector experts, including Lucila Ballarino, former Chief Data Officer at Fundación Telefónica; Óscar Corominas, Learning Facilitator at MIT; and Francisco de Brito, Service Partnership Manager at Make.

The founders themselves also boast a solid technical track record. Jordi Segura is a telecommunications engineer with AI training from the MIT Professional School in Massachusetts. He currently balances his role as cofounder of CenteIA with his responsibilities as an AI specialist on the MasterChef World program.

Meanwhile, Armand Pujadó is a robotics engineer and expert in automating processes through artificial intelligence, in addition to leading AI projects at Caamaño Asia.

Growth outlook for 2026

After closing its first year of activity with more than half a million people trained and revenues above €6 million, CenteIA anticipates exceeding €10 million in 2026. Among its goals is expanding the training offering with new programs specialized in applied AI and enterprise automation, as well as developing its own AI-based technology tools.

The company also plans to strengthen its international presence, especially in markets such as Latin America and the United States, where demand for AI training continues to grow rapidly.

Artificial intelligence is transforming the job market at a rapid pace. Our goal is for any professional, regardless of sector, to acquire the skills needed to adapt to this new reality,” conclude the founders. Among the latest trainings launched are various programs around AI-powered content creation, sales management, and the English-language launch of CenteIA Pro.
