Cegid has launched Autumn26, the new version of Cegid Ekon XRP. The update introduces a new generation
of AI agents, Cegid Pulse, that enable the ERP to autonomously take on key tasks in the sales cycle, from order management to invoicing and its subsequent accounting entry.
With this evolution, Cegid Ekon XRP stops using artificial intelligence merely as a support or advisory tool and becomes a component capable of executing operational tasks autonomously within business processes.
Autonomous management of the entire sales cycle
Thanks to this innovation, it becomes the first ERP capable of autonomously handling the complete sales cycle, from order receipt to its accounting entries. Thus, the new automation agents take care of activities that traditionally required manual intervention, speeding up execution times and minimizing administrative errors and operational burdens, with an impact that can translate into a reduction of operating costs by up to 50% and an increase in sales cycle speed of up to 75%.
In practice, this automation allows agents to interpret orders received by email, extract the relevant information, generate order proposals, trigger logistics processes, issue invoices, and record the operation in the accounting system. As a result, processes that traditionally took between five and seven days can be resolved in a matter of hours, while maintaining full traceability of actions taken and enabling human intervention only when the process requires validation or professional judgment.
Unlike external assistants, the AI is native to Cegid Ekon XRP and connected directly to the organization’s processes, data, and business rules. This approach enables adapting the agents to each company’s procedures without losing control over operations or data governance.
Far from opaque automation models, Autumn26 includes an Agent Control Center that provides visibility into every action performed by the AI. Users can monitor in real time the execution of processes, set the points where human validation is required, and tangibly measure the automation’s impact, including hours saved.
More autonomy for users, more efficiency for businesses
In addition to the new automation capabilities, Autumn26 brings a renewed mobile experience for accessing the ERP from any device, a new self-service portal that lets customers check orders, download documentation, or complete tasks autonomously, and an integration with Cegid Revo Retail to unify management between storefronts and the ERP with synchronized inventory and accounting.
The update also adds new features for workforce management and professional services firms. Notably, a new payroll analytics dashboard that makes it easier to access the details of calculations performed, as well as an invoicing portal that allows clients of the firms to generate and share information directly and in a controlled manner.
The platform also remains open, facilitating integration with external applications and systems via APIs, and preserving the security, permissions, and corporate governance mechanisms required to operate in complex business environments.
