International Workplace Group has opened three new state-of-the-art flexible workspace spaces in Seville: Regus Sierpes 48, RegusViapol and Regus Sevilla Ayuntamiento. With the structural shift toward more flexible work models, IWG continues to expand its network to meet the growing demand for platform-based work in Andalusia.
Centers and Features
The first center, Regus Sierpes 48, is located on one of Seville’s most iconic streets, in the heart of the city’s commercial and cultural district. Surrounded by business activity, shops and services, the space offers excellent accessibility thanks to its central location and proximity to public transportation.
The second, Regus Viapol, is on Balbino Marrón 7, in the Nervión district, a residential and commercial area that stands out for its excellent connectivity and proximity to the historic center. In addition, the center is just a few minutes from the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium and Nervión Plaza, one of the city’s main shopping and leisure areas.
The third, Regus Sevilla Ayuntamiento, inaugurated in April 2026, is located in Plaza Nueva, in the Arenal neighborhood, opposite the main entrance of Seville’s City Hall. Its privileged location, in the heart of the historic center, offers immediate access to a wide range of dining, retail and services, as well as being a short walk from some of the city’s top cultural landmarks.
The three new centers fit into a market undergoing a transformation, where flexible work has consolidated as a top option for companies and workers. Research conducted by leading academics shows that greater flexibility in how and where people work improves work-life balance and contributes to higher operational efficiency. In fact, a joint IWG and Arup report finds that hybrid work can boost productivity by up to 11%, while, according to Global Workplace Analytics, companies achieve an average saving of more than €9,000 per employee.
In this context, it is estimated that by 2030 30% of commercial real estate will be flexible. IWG leads this transformation with a network of thousands of locations in more than 120 countries, used by 83% of Fortune 500 companies. As part of this expansion, the company continues to strengthen its global network following a record 2025 and a first quarter of 2026 marked by strong growth in new signings, with 382 agreements compared to 224 in Q1 2025.
Mark Dixon, CEO and Founder of International Workplace Group PLC, adds: “Seville is a market with strong business appeal and an ideal environment for the growth of flexible work. The opening of Regus Sierpes 48, RegusViapol and Regus Sevilla Ayuntamiento strengthens our presence in strategic locations across the city and responds to the growing demand for centrally located, well-connected, high-quality workspaces that drive productivity, efficiency and employee well-being.”
