The consulting firm Innova–tsn has inaugurated the new location of its corporate headquarters in Madrid, inside the Madnum complex, in the Méndez Álvaro business district.
This move marks the start of a new chapter for the company, arriving at this moment after several years of sustained growth, with expanding teams and an increasingly solid international presence. From this new office, the company strengthens its ability to support clients in AI and advanced analytics projects while expanding the capabilities of its innovation lab, in addition to giving its “InLab” a new space aimed at fostering technological experimentation and the development of AI- and data-based solutions.
The choice of Madnum reflects the intention to have a headquarters more aligned with the organization’s current scale and future plans. The complex offers a flexible, connected corporate environment oriented toward new ways of working, with services and shared spaces designed to foster collaboration, employee well-being, and the experience of employees, clients and partners.

Five years of sustained double-digit growth
Innova–tsn closed 2025 with revenues of 23 million euros, an 11% increase over the previous year. With this result, the consultancy notches its fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth and reinforces the positive trajectory of its business.
This progress rests on an increasingly international footprint, with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Santander, London, Bogotá and Mexico City and on a proposition specialized in data, advanced analytics and AI applied to business.
In parallel, the consultancy continues to reinforce its commitment to developing its human capital, one of the pillars of this new stage. In this context, the recent appointment of Mercedes Sirvent as Head of People Care, a position from which Innova–tsn will continue driving initiatives related to professional well-being, sustainability, and equal opportunities.
