Proequity and Savills Market a 366,000-square-foot Logistics Warehouse in Toledo, Spain

Proequity and Savills have signed an exclusive co-marketing agreement with PATRIZIA for the marketing of a logistics warehouse located in Ontígola (Toledo), in the Albardiales II Industrial Park (Albardiales II).

The available warehouse has a built area of 33,734.72 m² and has been designed to handle high-volume logistics operations. The asset is standalone with a single access point, reinforcing its functionality and operational efficiency.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

The platform is located in Ontígola (Toledo), in the Central Zone, one of Southern Europe’s most relevant logistics hubs and part of Madrid’s Third Belt – Central Zone. This environment has consolidated into a powerful regional distribution cluster, with presence of operators across multiple sectors thanks to its privileged connectivity. It has direct access to the A-4 and the R-4, as well as excellent connections to the AP-36 and the A-40, which links the Eje Sur of Madrid with the Mediterranean Corridor, enabling streamlined operations on a regional and national scale and optimizing times and logistics costs.

Located 35 minutes from Madrid city center, 51 km from the capital, and 69 km from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, the platform offers an efficient and competitive alternative to the metropolitan area, in a setting with growing attractiveness for large-format logistics developments.
