Red.es will once again oversee the organization of the presence of Spanish companies representing our country at the Spain Pavilion at MWC Barcelona 2027. Companies interested in participating as exhibitors can already access the public invitation through their online portal, which will be open until September 11 at 11:00 AM.
The entity will select a maximum of 50 companies to represent the technologically based Spanish business ecosystem at this world-renowned congress.
The selected SMEs will receive a turnkey service that includes a customized space in the Pavilion, where they can showcase their products or services, passes to the congress, private spaces for holding meetings (conference rooms and videoconferencing booths), visibility in promotional content, and a networking area with catering service. In addition, they will be able to participate in a comprehensive program of activities that includes international and thematic networking meetings, tours, afterwork events, and an official cocktail, as well as roundtable discussions that will be held within the framework of the conference program organized in the Pavilion.
In the 2027 edition, the Pavilion will maintain a floor area of 1,217.5 m2 located in Hall 4 and distributed across two parallel modules with their respective double-height levels.
In addition, the Pavilion will handle the dissemination of informational content through the Spanish public news agency (EFE) and other accredited media to maximize the visibility of Spain’s presence at MWC.
As a novelty for this edition, a dedicated landing page has been enabled on the Pavilion’s website to centralize all information about the call.
More than 16,000 in-person attendees and a satisfaction record in 2026
Last year’s edition of the Spain Pavilion at MWC26 was a resounding success. More than 16,000 people visited the space, in addition to 12,000 users who followed activities remotely during the Congress. The 49 technology-based SMEs that participated in 2026 enjoyed an environment designed to increase their visibility and business opportunities.
In this context, the activity of these companies generated an estimated turnover of €54.3 million, more than double that of the previous edition. During the event, 66 activities were held, including networking meetings, conferences and institutional visits.
As a testament to the excellent commercial impact, 100% of the exhibiting companies surveyed awarded the maximum rating (Customer Satisfaction Score) to their experience during the congress, at the Pavilion, and to Red.es’ organization.
Furthermore, in this upcoming edition the “III Spain Pavilion Award” will be awarded, a competition that recognizes the impact of exhibiting companies in various technology-related areas.
