Orisha Commerce and Oreka IT have announced a commercial and strategic alliance. The goal is to jointly support fashion and footwear retailers in their digital transformation, blending the power of a unified point-of-sale with the robustness of ERP systems on the SAP platform.
This alliance will enable retailers to access a more integrated and scalable technology offering, combining specialized solutions for unified commerce management and the deployment of ERP tailored to their growth needs. Thanks to the complementarity between both companies, brands will be able to accelerate their digital transformation with a more connected, efficient experience prepared for omnichannel and international environments.
«Our fashion clients operate in increasingly complex environments. Having a partner who masters the ERP layer on SAP, like Oreka IT, allows us to offer frictionless integration between the management system and the point of sale, something retailers need to move toward real unified commerce», said Mar Vieiro, CEO of Orisha Commerce Iberia.
From Carmina Shoemaker to Sita Murt: two projects that propelled the deal
The agreement did not start from zero. The relationship between the two companies was forged from a collaboration: the implementation of Orisha Commerce’s Openbravo POS point-of-sale system in Carmina Shoemaker’s stores, a Spanish luxury artisanal footwear brand internationally recognized, which was already operating with the ERP SAP Business One and Oreka IT’s sector-specific add-on Fmoda One. The integration between the two solutions, developed jointly, yielded a result highly valued by the client and established the technical connector that makes scaling the collaboration possible.
That connector was precisely the decisive argument when Sita Murt, a Spanish premium women’s fashion chain specializing in knitwear with 10 physical stores in Spain, tasked Oreka IT with a digital transformation plan for its network of points of sale. The prior experience with Carmina Shoemaker facilitated Orisha Commerce’s entry into the project, and in April 2026, the fashion brand signed the joint deployment. This milestone prompted both tech companies to seal a partnership to formalize their collaboration model.
In the words of Iraitz Perez de Goldarazena, CEO of Oreka IT: «The experience with Carmina Shoemaker showed us that the combination of our solutions creates real value for the fashion-focused retailer. This partnership is good news because it allows us to scale that formula to more clients in a structured way and with a joint proposal from day one».
