International Workplace Group has opened OpenOffice Sotogrande, its first flexible workspace in the Cádiz province, through a management agreement with the property owner. With this new flexible workspace in Sotogrande, one of the most exclusive residential and business areas in Southern Europe, IWG expands its network to more than 10 centers in Andalusia and continues strengthening its regional presence to meet the growing demand for hybrid work solutions in Spain.
The management of OpenOffice Sotogrande by IWG follows a period of strong expansion for the group. The company posted in 2025 the highest growth in revenue, cash flow, and profits in its history, in addition to rapid network development, with more centers signed and opened than in the first two full decades of its operations. This trend has continued into the first quarter of 2026, a period in which IWG signed 382 new locations worldwide, reaching record signing and opening figures. The IWG network currently counts more than one million rooms in 121 countries.

The inclusion of this space in IWG’s network comes via a management agreement with the property owner, who has opted for the International Workplace Group platform to maximize the return on their real estate asset and respond to the growing demand for branded flexible workspace spaces.
