After more than 18 years of collaboration, Abas ERP has become a key piece in supporting the company’s sustained growth, enabling it to evolve from an organization based on manual processes to a fully integrated, connected factory focused on operational efficiency.

From its inception, JOM Metal Parts Manufacturing has pursued technical excellence, reliability in delivery times, and the ability to adapt to the requirements of industrial customers that are increasingly demanding. To sustain this growth model, in 2007 the company identified the need to implement a specialized industrial ERP that faithfully reflected the complexity of its production processes.

Implementing the system was a turning point, enabling centralized information, professional production planning, and laying the foundations for a scalable factory ready to grow.

Today, JOM Metal Parts Manufacturing operates with a complete integration of its key areas: quoting, planning, manufacturing, on-site data capture, warehouse management, traceability, cost control, and accounting.
Thanks to Abas ERP, the company has automated the generation of bills of materials and multi-level production schedules, optimized the assignment of jobs to machines and operators, improved bottleneck analysis, and endowed the plant with dynamic sequencing of productions. In parallel, stock control, non-conformity management, the utilization and release of production resources and asset maintenance have been strengthened through advanced CMMS capabilities.
This integration has enabled information to flow continuously and reliably, facilitating data-driven decision-making and a global view of industrial activity.
