Jabra Expands Evolve3 Lineup with Three New Professional Models

August 3, 2026

Jabra expands its Evolve3 line with three new professional headset models designed to fit different profiles and work environments, from offices and open spaces to hybrid or flexible setups. The Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65, and Evolve3 45 incorporate advanced voice pickup and active noise cancellation (ANC), working alongside Sidetone to deliver a more consistent audio experience for the entire organization, both in one-on-one conversations and in interactions with AI-powered tools.

In recent years, the way we work has changed, and with it, professionals’ communication needs. Yet many organizations still rely on the same technology to meet different realities. This lack of adaptation can affect the quality of conversations and the employee experience. In fact, 73% of employees have difficulty hearing other participants in hybrid meetings. Furthermore, poor audio quality caused by inconsistent voice pickup can become a barrier to productivity, as it affects the performance of AI-powered tools such as speech-to-text, automatic meeting summaries, and voice-driven workflows, limiting their benefits for day-to-day professional work.

When technology doesn’t align with how people work, it becomes harder to ensure a cohesive collaboration experience across the organization,” explains Camille Petit, Sales Manager for Iberia at Jabra. “This impacts both the quality of conversations and the performance of voice- and AI-powered tools. The new Evolve3 models have been designed to address these challenges.”

A range designed to fit how people work

The expansion of Evolve3 enables organizations to tailor technology to different profiles and workplaces. In this regard, Evolve3 65 Flex is designed for hybrid professionals who move between different locations and shared workspaces and need professional-grade audio performance in a more portable form. To achieve this, it features a compact and foldable design without a microphone boom, a carrying case, improved outdoor voice pickup, and adaptive ANC with wind adaptation that maintains call quality in changing conditions.

Meanwhile, Evolve3 65 has been designed for those working in open offices and busy environments and who need a higher level of focus during the workday. The device combines adaptive active noise cancellation and a three-microphone voice pickup technology to help users keep conversations clear and reduce distractions in shared spaces. It also includes a fully reversible microphone boom that makes call management easier in daily use.

Finally, Jabra has launched Evolve3 45, the lightest on-ear headset in the family, designed for professionals who do most of their calls at a desk, whether in the office or at home. Weighing about 100 grams, it’s built to deliver all-day comfort, prioritizing ease of use and a reliable calling experience for those who have frequent conversations throughout the day.

Advanced technology for clearer, more efficient communication

Beyond the specific needs of each professional profile, all Evolve3 models share the same technologies developed by Jabra to elevate conversation quality and drive professional communication.

Jabra ClearVoice isolates the voice in busy office environments to promote clearer conversations during calls. It also offers voice pickup accuracy well over 99% for AI-powered tools in open offices, enabling applications such as speech-to-text, automatic meeting summaries, and other voice-driven workflows. In addition, active noise cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone during calls let the user hear their own voice at a natural volume to avoid speaking louder than necessary, helping reduce distractions and keep focus on the conversation.

The experience is complemented by Jabra Air Comfort technology, designed to improve all-day comfort thanks to a lightweight design and oval ear cushions that help reduce listening fatigue. The devices also offer easy setup via USB dongle, native Bluetooth connectivity, and the ability to connect simultaneously to a computer and a mobile device to facilitate work in different environments.

At the same time, to simplify technology management in organizations, the new models feature secure Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity and centralized management tools via Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct, and Jabra Xpress, enabling more efficient and scalable deployment and administration. They are also compatible with major collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Finally, the range has been designed for greater durability, with replaceable batteries and ear cushions, recycled or circular-economy materials, and FSC-certified packaging that help extend device life and reduce environmental impact.
