ESET Expands B2B Offering with AI-Powered Features in Its Tools

October 14, 2026

The cybersecurity company has updated its B2B product portfolio, designed to help businesses address current and future risks arising from the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence.

The adoption of AI tools by employees, the use of programming assistants among developers, and the integration of AI-powered agents and workflows are expanding the attack surface for companies. ESET is already seeing this evolution firsthand. Its researchers have uncovered AI-enabled threats like PromptLock and PromptSpy, as well as thousands of malicious AI agent skills. The same technology that is accelerating innovation is also creating new risks, which is driving a rethink of how organizations approach cyber resilience.

“It is precisely at this point that many companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, are facing the greatest difficulties,” says Michal Jankech, Vice President of Enterprise & SMB/MSP. “They are expected to anticipate this rapidly evolving threat landscape, but they lack the right support to do so. In these circumstances, cybersecurity must stop merely adapting and start leading the way.”

ESET PROTECT

For this reason, ESET is strengthening its enterprise portfolio with the addition of a new AI Security module to the platform ESET PROTECT. By helping organizations defend themselves against threats arising across the AI ecosystem, ESET enables a more confident adoption of this technology through the following capabilities:

  • AI agent security: a dedicated security layer that protects organizations using autonomous AI agents from malicious components, extending defenses across the AI agent ecosystem to maintain productivity without compromising security.
  • AI behavior monitoring: a continuous monitoring capability that analyzes the behavior of autonomous AI agents and detects and flags suspicious actions, with the aim of reducing risk, reinforcing oversight of their operations, and preventing anomalous behaviors from escalating into a security incident.

“For the distribution channel, this scenario represents an opportunity to strengthen their role as technology advisors to businesses,” says David Sánchez, ESET Spain’s Channel Director. “The integration of AI is creating new security needs that cannot always be solved solely with internal resources. In Spain, partners have the proximity and customer insight needed to identify how AI is being used, what risks it introduces in each case, and what level of protection each organization truly requires.”

ESET is also strengthening its core AI-based detection technologies, developed over decades, by investing in an AI backbone designed specifically for cybersecurity with security as a priority. Among these technologies is ESET LiveCortex, a cross-perimeter correlation and response engine integrated into the ESET PROTECT platform.

Additionally, ESET AI Advisor is being renamed ESET LiveAI, a change that more accurately reflects its place within the company’s core product portfolio and its expanded capabilities to provide real-time context that facilitates incident response and remediation.

“As cybersecurity enters the autonomous AI era, ESET presents an updated B2B portfolio to help organizations confront the new threats driven by this technology. Together with the additional €40 million investment in AI announced for 2026, this new offering underscores our long-term commitment to closing the AI security gap and ensuring security remains at the heart of innovation,” concludes Jankech.
