Namirial closed the 2025 fiscal year with record results in both activity volume and technological growth, figures that reflect the impact of its latest acquisitions, including Signaturit.
Over the past year, the volume of electronic signatures and seals managed on the group’s platforms rose by 23% year over year, while the number of documents processed increased by 17%. This growth is not only in quantity, but also in the variety of uses: payroll documents processed rose 57.8%, proof-of-address documents 21.3%, and bank account identifiers 66.9%.
In the last year, the number of active electronic signature users grew by 13.5%, according to aggregated data from leading platforms in the sector. Notably highlighted are Signaturit eSign figures, a solution aimed at both SMBs and large enterprises that facilitates the management of advanced and qualified signatures, as well as certification and secure, efficient document delivery.
Meanwhile, Sign Enterprise, the platform for advanced electronic signatures and approval workflows for large corporations and complex business environments, processed more than 113 million electronic signatures in 2025 alone.
The digital onboarding process also marked record highs, with more than 1.8 million end-user onboardings completed between September and December 2025, thanks to faster and more secure processes tailored to European regulations and market needs.
“The demand for digital trust solutions continues to grow. We have responded with innovative platforms fully aligned with regulatory requirements, enabling us to simplify the digital lives of users and businesses while maintaining the highest security and the best experience.”, says Max Pellegrini, CEO of Namirial Group.
