Cegid has unveiled the latest innovations for Cegid Ekon XRP, their 100% cloud-based intelligent ERP powered by artificial intelligence.
In this new version, Cegid Pulse, the intelligence layer integrated into the platform, now includes a new team of agents specialized in the key sales and after-sales processes. They are Sales Process Automation Agents, a generation of intelligent agents capable of autonomously handling key tasks in sales, logistics, invoicing, and accounting. Thanks to these capabilities, companies can eliminate manual errors, reduce operating costs by up to 50% and increase the speed of the sales cycle by 75%, solving in a few hours processes that historically required between five and seven days and the involvement of multiple teams.
The goal is to transform daily management into a more autonomous, controlled and scalable operation, freeing sales teams from administrative tasks so they can focus on higher-value activities. The intelligent agents of Cegid Ekon XRP are available 24/7, with full traceability through a Central Agent Control Center, allowing real-time monitoring of every action performed by AI.
Sales Process Automation Agents
The new Sales Process Automation Agents in Cegid Pulse automate the end-to-end sales and after-sales flow. The Order Intake Agent analyzes emails and PDF documents received from customers, automatically identifies items, prices, and commercial terms, and generates order proposals in the ERP without the need to copy data manually. Once the operation is validated, it optimizes the preparation and dispatch of goods, prioritizing delivery timelines, stock availability, and optimal order groupings to reduce lead times and logistical errors.
The process continues with the Intelligent Billing Agent, which automatically detects operations ready to bill, applies the customer-specific terms, generates the invoice, and sends it without manual intervention. Finally, the Accounting Control Agent translates the business activity into financial language by automatically generating the corresponding journal entries and accounting batches, enabling faster and more reliable close processes.
These capabilities join the intelligent financial assistant introduced in the previous version, consolidating a platform where AI acts as a true decision engine. According to Cegid’s internal data, organizations operating with Cegid Ekon XRP report productivity gains of over 40% thanks to task automation and the elimination of manual errors.
Another pillar of this new phase is the streamlining of the setup and deployment process. Cegid has worked to significantly reduce and simplify the steps required to deploy the solution, incorporating AI into processes such as data migration, notably shortening traditional startup times. This approach eliminates one of the main adoption barriers of traditional ERPs and allows teams to focus from day one on deriving value from the system, without long project phases that consume resources and slow the transformation.
