Aticco Lab and Muutos Team Up to Drive Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Transformation

September 28, 2026

Aticco Lab and Muutos have merged to create a new company specialized in support for entrepreneurs and startups, corporate innovation, and access to funding and investment for startups. The merger combines Aticco Lab’s ability to connect talent, startups, corporations and investors with Muutos’s expertise in innovation consulting, entrepreneurship and business transformation.

The new phase will be led by Anna Busquets, founder of Muutos, who will assume the role of CEO, while Quino Fernández, the current CEO of Aticco Lab and a prominent figure in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, will hold the presidency of the company.

The integration will enable a more comprehensive value proposition aimed at entrepreneurs, startups, companies, public administrations and institutions, focusing its efforts on four main areas: startup acceleration, support for conventional entrepreneurship, innovation consulting, and fundraising for startups and growth projects.

Objectives of the Agreement

The operation responds to the need to expand support for entrepreneurship beyond startups and reach conventional enterprises as well, as well as to work with open innovation models that deliver real returns to corporations, startups and all types of companies. The union will combine and broaden the reach of both organizations and offer a more cross-cutting support to entrepreneurs, startups, companies and institutions in their growth, with a special focus on access to investment.

In recent years, Aticco Lab has driven benchmark programs in areas such as open innovation, acceleration, investment and connecting startups with corporations, with special attention to the community. Muutos, for its part, has supported hundreds of organizations in innovation processes, entrepreneurship, talent development and business transformation.

“We share a common vision for how to generate real impact in the ecosystem. This merger will allow us to go further, develop larger-scale projects and better support entrepreneurs, startups and companies in their growth and innovation processes,” notes Anna Busquets, the new CEO.

For his part, Quino Fernández, president of the company, states that “innovation must produce real results and cannot be limited to pairing corporations with startups. This integration will allow us to broaden the reach of our projects and support more companies, startups, corporations and institutions in their open innovation activities.”

The new organization, which will keep the Aticco Lab brand, is born with the aim of becoming one of the leading players in Catalonia and Spain for those companies and entrepreneurs seeking to innovate, grow, access funding and generate new business opportunities.
