Amazon Seller Wallet, the fund management tool integrated into Seller Central, is now available for Amazon stores operating in euros. The service, which launched globally for the US store in 2022, now offers business partners worldwide an easy, hassle-free way to access, view, and transfer the euro balance of their store directly to their bank account as needed. With this announcement, Amazon provides European sellers—most of whom are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—a service designed to streamline processes for internationalization and exporting.
Since 2022, global sellers on Amazon’s US storefront have been able to have their earnings in dollars available, view real-time balances, make payments to suppliers, and transfer funds to their bank accounts whenever they need. Seller Wallet USD gives sellers control over when to convert and transfer their earnings, with transparent exchange rates visible before every transfer.
Now, Amazon Seller Wallet EUR will also be available for seven European stores: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Seller Wallet EUR removes the complexity of cross-border payments, offering transparent and competitive pricing and further simplifying how sellers manage their earnings in Europe.
Benefits for sellers worldwide
- Multi-store balance management: Businesses selling on Amazon can now manage their US store earnings in dollars and euros consolidated across seven European stores, all from Seller Central, via Seller Wallet USD or Seller Wallet EUR, respectively.
- Direct payments to suppliers and VAT settlement: Businesses selling through Amazon can also use the balance of their Seller Wallet EUR to pay suppliers in euros and settle VAT obligations in various European countries, or use the balance of their Seller Wallet USD to pay suppliers in the US or Hong Kong in dollars, all directly from Seller Central.
- Control and transparency: Sellers can choose between one-time transfers or set up recurring automatic transfers (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to automatically send a fixed amount of their remaining Amazon store balance to their bank account, reducing manual steps and overhead. A fee applies only to international transfers, which decreases as your Amazon business grows. The total cost is always visible before confirming any transfer.
- Competitive exchange rates: Amazon sellers will have access to competitive exchange rates with no markups or hidden costs and can view the real rate before making each transfer.
Simple setup, advanced features
Getting started with Amazon Seller Wallet USD or EUR is straightforward. Sellers can sign up directly in Seller Central with no upfront costs or minimum requirements. Once registered, they gain full visibility into their account balances and can initiate transfers whenever it suits their business.
The flexibility to hold funds and convert them on their own schedule means sellers can optimize cash flow based on their business needs and currency market conditions. This is especially valuable for sellers operating businesses across multiple countries and currencies.
Whether you sell on the US store, on a euro-based store, or both, Amazon Seller Wallet provides the control and flexibility you need to manage Amazon earnings on your own terms.
