Accolade, a private investment group specializing in the development and management of logistics and industrial assets, has opened its new offices in Valencia. A strategic move that solidifies its footprint in Spain and reinforces its commitment to one of the country’s most dynamic logistics markets.
The company, present in Spain since 2020, takes another step in its national trajectory with the launch of facilities that will accompany its growth in the Iberian market. Although Accolade had already been operating from Valencia, the opening of these new offices means an expanded local presence and a reinforced base to tackle its next expansion phase.
The inauguration was attended by Eduardo Feliciano, head of Accolade in Spain, along with the national team and representatives dispatched from its main offices, among them Lukáš Répal, Chief Operating Officer.
Valencia, growth hub for the company
The new offices will centralize strategic functions tied to business development, asset management, the selection of new investment opportunities, and project coordination across Iberia, in addition to serving as a meeting point for clients, partners and institutions and supporting the growth of the team in the coming years. Valencia holds a priority position within the brand’s strategy due to the strength of its business fabric, its logistics capacity and its connection to major transport corridors, making it a natural base from which to continue driving activity across the Iberian Peninsula.
“This new step represents much more than a mere opening: it is a sign of our long-term commitment to Spain,” said Eduardo Feliciano. “Valencia has been a key city in our growth, and we want to continue building from here in the coming years. Our objective is to keep investing, create jobs, and be closer to our clients and partners to keep developing new projects.”
Since arriving in the Spanish market, Accolade has built a solid portfolio of logistics and industrial assets in strategic locations such as Valencia, Vitoria, Burgos, Seville or Murcia. In this period, the company has assembled a portfolio exceeding €100 million and manages 350,000 m² of land.
Among the main milestones of this journey, a 100% occupancy in its operational assets in Spain and a certification of its assets at least BREEAM “Very Good”, which reflects the demand for modern, well-located and sustainable logistics installations.
A New Expansion Phase
The company plans to continue growing and strengthening capabilities in areas such as investment, operations, asset management, sustainability and business development.
“Accolade was born in Czech Republic and today is a pan-European platform with a presence in strategic markets like Spain. Our growth is based on a long-term vision, proximity to the client, and the ability to adapt to each market. Spain reflects that evolution: we started in one city and today we are present in Valencia, Vitoria, Burgos, Seville and Murcia,” stated Lukáš Répal.
Répal also highlighted the company’s commitment to maintaining one of Europe’s most sustainable logistics portfolios, with a special focus on regenerating brownfield spaces, geographic diversification and the development of tailor-made projects for its clients.
Today, the company has a footprint in eight European countries, where it manages 64 logistics parks, totaling 3.82 million square meters of managed portfolio, €3.86 billion in assets under management and 231 tenants. With the inauguration of its new Valencia offices, Accolade reaffirms its ambition to continue expanding its presence in Spain and support the development of the national logistics sector.
