Free TikTok Shop Training for Startups in the Impulsa Startup Program

April 13, 2026

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce and TikTok have signed a collaboration agreement that will allow entrepreneurs from the Impulsa Startup Program to access specialized training on TikTok Shop, with the aim of boosting their digital skills and accelerating the growth of their projects.

As the centerpiece of this collaboration, TikTok will integrate the entrepreneurs from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce’s Impulsa Startup Program into its SOAR program (Support Our Artisans and Retailers), an initiative that offers comprehensive and personalized training in digital skills, social marketing, and e-commerce to help them begin in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, the discovery-driven e-commerce solution powered by the platform. TikTok will guarantee at least five slots for startups in the program, expandable based on demand.

Online Training

The selected startups will receive intensive TikTok Shop training, delivered through ISDI’s Impact for Accelerator business school. The training will be conducted primarily online and will consist of a total of 35.5 hours of immersive, hands-on learning that blends theory, application, and personalized mentorship with e-commerce experts. This tailored approach ensures that each attendee finishes with a clear, actionable plan to achieve success on TikTok Shop.

Ana Abade, senior head of institutional relations at TikTok, notes: “Our commitment is to give Spanish entrepreneurs the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital economy. With this training program, we’re not only creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, but also driving local growth and positively impacting the Spanish economy.”

For María Tosca, Director of Employment, Training and Entrepreneurship at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, “Impulsa Startup offers entrepreneurs a complete pathway of support, from idea development to project acceleration. The inclusion of TikTok’s SOAR program enriches this value proposition with advanced training in digital skills and e-commerce, two key areas for scaling successfully in today’s market.

The initiative seeks to address critical gaps in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering accessible, high-quality training in key areas of the digital economy. The SOAR program is designed so that entrepreneurs can immediately apply the knowledge gained, turning it into real capabilities to grow their businesses.
