Aragon-based Seico Consultores Acquired by Talenom

June 25, 2026

Talenom has acquired Seico Consultores, a Zaragoza-based advisory firm with a portfolio of 150 clients and a team of 10 professionals. The deal marks Talenom’s entry into Aragon and strengthens its growth strategy through the integration of local firms.

Seico Consultores posted revenue close to €600,000 in 2025 providing tax, accounting, labor and legal advisory services to companies and self-employed professionals. Joining Talenom expands the service offering and gives access to technology tools for business management, while maintaining proximity to and knowledge of the local business fabric.

With this addition, the company establishes its first office in Aragon and expands a network of more than 25 offices across nine autonomous communities: Catalonia (Barcelona, Sant Cugat, Granollers, Mataró, Manresa, and Vilanova i la Geltrú), Valencian Community (Morella), Andalusia (Granada), Community of Madrid, Galicia (A Coruña, Vigo, and Pontevedra), Asturias (Oviedo), Basque Country (Bilbao, Irun, and Vitoria), Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca), and Aragon (Zaragoza).

It is the second integration the company has completed in 2026, following the addition of Brunet & Aguilar Asesores (Mallorca). Both deals join the 2025 acquisitions of Nova Ceteb (Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona), Querol Assessors (Morella, Castellón), Asesoría Ascofi Berria (Bilbao, Biscay) and Pagoa Consultoras (Irún, Gipuzkoa).

Talenom, headquartered in Barcelona, now has over 400 professionals in Spain and has completed 20 acquisitions since entering the Spanish market in 2021, representing 15% of the group’s global business. These additions are part of its growth strategy, built on integrating local advisory firms with a strong territorial footprint and a high degree of specialization.

Lourdes Santisteban, Chief Executive Officer of Talenom in Spain, notes that “in a highly fragmented sector, the union of advisory firms enables pooling of talent, resources and experience to deliver a much more comprehensive and high-quality service. Zaragoza has a very dynamic business fabric, and we want to contribute to the growth of those companies with a close, long-term vision.”

The integration of advisory firms to gain specialization and capabilities

The strong presence of small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed professionals, along with rising regulatory and technological demands, is transforming the advisory needs of companies. The progressive rollout of Verifactu, the upcoming mandatory electronic invoicing derived from the Crea y Crece Law, the increase in digital information obligations, and new requirements in areas such as compliance or HR management—from equality plans to internal whistleblowing channels—are driving a growing need for highly specialized advisory services.

In a market that generates around €11 billion in annual revenue and comprises about 65,000 advisory firms and consultancies, an increasing number of firms are opting for integration formats to gain scale, add new capabilities, and respond to the demands of businesses.
