IWG Opens Regus Condesa Venadito, Its Third Center in Madrid’s Ciudad Lineal

May 4, 2026

International Workplace Group has opened a state-of-the-art flexible workspace in Madrid. In parallel, the group announced that it has added 1,132 new centers to its network in 2025 and opened 782 new workspace locations, with more locations opening in 2025 than in the first two full decades of its operations. As the long-term shift toward more flexible ways of working accelerates, IWG is expanding its network to keep pace with growing demand across Spain.

The opening of Regus Condesa de Venadito is the result of a joint project with Mibansa SAU and comes after the company posted its strongest growth in revenue, cash flow, and earnings in its history, achieving rapid network expansion, with more centers signed and opened in 2025 than in the first two full decades of its operations. IWG’s network now includes more than a million workspaces across 121 countries.

Located at Condesa de Venadito Street, 5, in the Ciudad Lineal district, this new space is part of International Workplace Group’s strategy to meet growing demand for high-quality flexible workspace across Spain. The center sits in a well-established business area in eastern Madrid, notable for its balance between corporate activity and a residential environment, offering a comfortable and well-connected working environment.

Access to the Center

Furthermore, its location benefits from strong transportation links, both by road, with easy access to the M-30 and the A-2, and by public transit, with several metro lines and bus routes in the vicinity. This accessibility reinforces its appeal to companies and professionals seeking flexible solutions in a strategic part of the capital.

IWG’s growth in Madrid takes place in a dynamic setting for adopting new work models. The Community of Madrid has solidified itself as one of Southern Europe’s leading hubs for business and talent, driving flexible work, digitization, and the competitiveness of the regional economy. In this favorable context, the Regus Condesa de Venadito opening continues IWG’s expansion strategy in the city, where it already operates a network of more than 35 high-quality flexible-work spaces designed to meet the growing demand from companies and professionals.
