This afternoon our shareholder LE Holding Corporation, a subsidiary of Telefónica S.A. (Telefónica), filed an application for an inquiry into the policy and conduct of business of LYCOS Europe N.V. (Lycos Europe) at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (Enterprise Chamber).
Lycos Europe will review the contents of Telefónica’s request to the Enterprise Chamber and cannot comment on its contents as yet.
